Henry David Thoreau - Walden (1st Edition)

This is one of the first edition copies of Walden printed in 1854, which contains Henry David Thoreau’s account of his solitary years living in a small house. It took more than 5 years to sell the first print-run of 2,000 copies. After Thoreau’s death, the book of his meditations would become the ultimate self-help book and the cornerstone of American nonfiction.
